After-sales Service Policy
*The warranty period for all of our products is one year from the date of the valid proof of purchase.
*Only official direct sales stores and official authorized stores are subject to the following policy.
*For your personal rights, we strongly recommend that you purchase from official direct sales stores and official authorized stores.
1. Necessary Conditions
1.1 Provide valid proof of purchase from official direct sales channels or authorized dealers
1.2 Commodity failure non-human damage
1.3 Contacting our customer service staff, after our technical staff to detect the quality of the product itself (zero components or poor production caused by product failure)
2. After-Sales Policy
2.1 In the one year warranty period, the product is on sale only to replace not repair，discontinued products can be exchanged for new machines of other models at a 15% discount.
*After the exchange, the warranty period of the machine is still calculated according to the date of purchase as the starting point
2.2 After the end of the one-year warranty period, you can choose to charge the product for repair or exchange it for a new model at a 15% discount (if you choose to send it back for repair, the repair period is expected to be long)
2.3 If you cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, or if the seller of the proof does not belong to an official EV-PEAK authorized dealer, you can ask customer service about the production date and enjoy the factory warranty service within 180 days by virtue of the serial number on the inner board and color box of the machine (complete machine, manual and color box are required and sent back for verification)
*Discontinued machines will not be sent back for repair
*If you send the machine back and confirm that it cannot be repaired after evaluation, If you communicate with the customer, you can choose to send it back to the customer or exchange it for a new model at a 15% discount. Our customer service will confirm this risk-bearing intention during the preliminary communication with the customer.
3. Shipping fees
3.1 During the warranty period, the customer will pay for the shipping cost of the product sent and EV-PEAK will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new product sent.
3.2 Outside the warranty period, the customer will pay the shipping cost of the sent products and EV-PEAK will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the products.
A product is not warranted if any of the following conditions apply.
4.1 The customer has disassembled or changed the structure of the product by himself
4.2 The product is damaged due to improper use or operation by the customer (non-waterproof products are subject to water or other liquid infiltration, heavy blows, drops, etc.)
4.3 When encountering the 2.3 situation，the serial number of the inner board and color box is blurred, damaged, missing corners can not be identified
